Prices

The prices for dental treatments are determined annually by the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa). Below you’ll find an overview of prices for all the dental treatments and the prices of the technical work from our dental technician. Costs for missed appointments are not included in this list and the depend on the duration of the treatment. We kindly ask you to cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance (by telephone). If you don’t do this or if you have forgotten your appointment, we will charge costs for this. 

Dental treatmens are not reimbursed for adults under the basic insurance. When you have additional insurance for the dentist, some treatments are reimbushed and others or not. It also differs per insurance package and per insurance company what treatment is reimbushed and if the whole treatment is covered or a smaller percentage. You can request information about whether your treatment is covered by us or by your insurance company. Treatments for anyone under the age of 18 are covered by the basic insurance, except bridges, crowns and braces. 

Payments go through Infomedics and if you are insured for the dentist, the invoice will be send directly to your insurance company. If your insurance reimburses a part of the treartment, you will receive the remaining amount by email and this invoice says clearly what is not and what is covered. We find it very important that you have a good experience with us and if this is not the case, then we would love to talk and solve the problem and come up with a solution that makes both of us satisfied. If we can not resolve it together, you can use our complaints procedure.
